Sales
and Return Policies:
All
sales are final. Returns of non-defective product within the first
30 days from date of purchase are subject to a 15% Return Fee.
Merchandise,
with original tags attached, in the original packaging can be
returned for a Full Refund of its purchase price, shipping is the
responsibility of the buyer. Items like socks must be UNWORN.
Items
may be returned for exchange or a credit slip within 60 days from
the date of purchase.
No
exchanges will be accepted after 60 days.
There
are no returns of final sale items or special orders.

Customer
must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 7 business
days if any products are missing or damaged.
Shipping
fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the
sole responsibility of the customer.
Product
warranty
is valid for one year from date of purchase, which will cover any
defects due to manufacture craftsmanship. Only defective products
will be accepted for returns or for replacement within the warranty
periods.
To
return a product you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
by contacting us – see below. We will not accept returns without
prior authorization.
RA
numbers are valid for 30 days. RA numbers will not be extended and
will be closed upon expiration.
Unauthorized
returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or
shipped back at the customer's expense.
Shipments
that are refused without authorization, or that are returned due to
an invalid address, are subject to additional shipping fees.
All
product(s) must be returned as originally received to include
original packaging, documentation, and all bundled labels. Returns
must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage
during transit. Product(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate
both the warranty and RA and will be returned to the customer at the
customer's expense.
All
Warranty Exchange replacements are subject to product availability.
If an exact replacement is not available upon testing we will
substitute the product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded
product(s) of equal or greater value within 7 to 10 business days.
If none of these options are available we will credit the customer's
account based upon current market value of the received product(s).
We
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Return
Policies subject to change without prior notice. Customer should
review these policies prior to making purchase.

strives to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. In
the event a product is listed with an error in pricing or incorrect
content, the Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
order whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit card
charged. In the event that a credit card has already been charged and
an order subsequently canceled, HYBN will issue a refund to the
credit card account in the amount of the charge.
THESE
TERMS, DISCLAIMERS AND ANY CLAIM REGARDING HYBN PRODUCTS, WEBSITES OR
CLAIMS OF SERVICES SHALL BE GOVERNED AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE
THAT ANY CLAIM, LEGAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING BETWEEN YOU AND HYBN FOR
ANY PURPOSE SHALL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN ILLINOIS COURT OF
COMPETENT JURISDICTION.
IN
NO EVENT SHALL HYBN, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, REPRESENTATIVES AND
AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN EXCESS OF THE LISTED PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IN
QUESTION.
